5. Shipping & Delivery
Processing & Delivery:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via our trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our [Shipping Policy].
Delivery Confirmation:
Delivery is deemed complete once the courier marks the shipment as “Delivered” in their tracking system.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you at that point.
If you believe a delivery update is incorrect, please contact support@vibonoriginals.com within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
