Refund and Return Policy
Return / Exchange Window
You can request a return or size exchange within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and packaging intact, and free from fragrance, stains, or deodorant marks.
What’s Eligible (Keep in bullet format)
Wrong or defective item received
Genuine manufacturing defect (stitching, print, or fabric fault)
Size exchange (same product, different size — one-time only)
What’s Not Eligible (Keep in bullet format)
Customized or personalized items (e.g., name prints)
Clearance or final sale items
Innerwear, socks, or caps (for hygiene reasons)
Minor colour variations (up to 3–5%) due to screen brightness or display settings — this is not considered a defect, but a natural aspect of online viewing
How It Works
Email support@vibonoriginals.com with your order ID, reason, and clear photos (if defective).
Once your request is approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled from your address (where serviceable).
Reverse pickups are usually initiated within 2–4 business days through our courier partners (Shiprocket network).
You’ll receive SMS/email updates once the pickup is confirmed.
If your pickup hasn’t occurred within 5 business days, please contact us — we’ll resolve it right away.
If your area isn’t serviceable for reverse pickup, we’ll share our return address for self-shipment.
Once your product passes Quality Check (QC) within 24–48 hours of receipt, we’ll process your request as follows:
Exchange
First size exchange is completely free — no pickup or reship fees.
Once QC is cleared, your replacement size will be dispatched immediately.
Subsequent exchanges (if any) will incur a ₹99 handling fee.
Refund
Defective/Wrong Item: Full refund to original payment method.
Change-of-mind Return:
Choose a full refund as Store Credit (valid for 1 year). Refunds appear in 5–7 business days post-QC.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
Cancellations & Address Changes
You can request cancellation before dispatch only.
Once dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible, but you can apply for a return after delivery.
