Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and packed within 1–2 business days of placement.
You’ll receive an email and SMS update once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.

Delivery Time (Estimated)
We ship pan-India through our trusted logistics partners via the Shiprocket network.
Metro / Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 business days
Rest of India: 5–7 business days
These are estimated delivery times. Delays may occasionally occur due to logistics issues, extreme weather, or public holidays.
You’ll receive tracking updates via email/SMS once your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Fees
Orders below ₹999: Flat shipping fee of ₹70
Orders ₹999 and above: FREE SHIPPING 🎉

This threshold helps us maintain affordable pricing while rewarding larger orders — a win-win for both sides.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking details are sent to your registered email and mobile as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to become active after you receive the details.
You can track your order anytime using the link provided.

Non-Serviceable Areas
We deliver across India through our courier partners.
If your PIN code is not serviceable, our team will contact you promptly to cancel the order or provide an alternative shipping solution.
We always try our best to make sure your vibe reaches you wherever possible.

RTO (Return to Origin) / Failed Deliveries
If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or repeated failed delivery attempts:
We can reship the order upon request for a non-refundable fee of ₹100.
The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.
This ensures fair cost coverage for logistics and handling.

Address Changes
Address changes are only possible before dispatch.
If you need to update your delivery address, email us as soon as possible at support@vibonoriginals.com with your order ID.
Once shipped, address changes cannot be made
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, festivals, natural disruptions, or high-volume periods.
Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed and assist until your order safely reaches you.
